Self Care
Hi guys! Today I’m going to talk about self care and why it’s important. Self care is taking time to make sure you are feeling the best you can be! The better you feel, the better you can be! When you do self care it can encourage you to do things like chores! And playing outside instead of playing on a screen. Now for a fun little activity/challenge. For this activity what you do is get a lined piece of paper, and write down at least five goals for your self and draw little boxes next to each one, and once you complete your goal, check off the little box!
